Defender Kostas Manolas took part in a photo shoot with a live lion after signing a contract with UAE club Sharjah.
The Greek footballer moved to Sharjah on September 23, signing an agreement until 2024.
A video has circulated on social media showing a lion sitting next to Manolas during a photo shoot. The animal growled at the player, who got scared and stepped over the restrictive ribbons.
Last season, Manolas played for Italian Napoli and Greek Olympiacos, playing a total of 21 matches. On account of the 31-year-old football player 42 games in the T-shirt of the Greek national team.
