Unidentified persons stole valuables from the home of Liverpool midfielder and England national football team Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, according to the Evening Standard.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening in Wilmslow, at that moment in the house, in addition to the football player, were his fiancee, Little Mix singer Perry Edwards and their son, who is 13 months old.

The criminals broke into the house, stealing jewelry and bags while the occupants were inside. Investigations are ongoing to identify the suspects and anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage is asked to contact Cheshire Police, the police said in a statement.

“The worst thing is to think that someone was rummaging through their things even before they knew what was happening – it’s so frustrating. The audacity with which this was done while they were in the house is appalling. Obviously, they are heartbroken that a lot of valuable things were stolen, which were of great importance to them not only in terms of value,” said a family friend.

Oxlade-Chamberlain’s neighbors are Manchester United defender Raphael Varane, Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson, and former Red Devils head coach Alex Ferguson.
