Former coach of the Russian national team Valery Gazzaev he spoke out against the draw for the Second League according to the “spring-autumn” system.
When our clubs failed in the European arena, many said: the problem is in the autumn-spring system and, of course, in children’s football. This is already how to set the teeth on the floss! But! Let’s take an example. If we start in the spring, it turns out that we play in the summer, when we are 35 degrees hot.
All of Europe plays according to a single calendar. And we have to play according to the “spring-autumn” system. And when we play according to the “autumn-spring” system, we have two breaks in the league. And this allows the players to give their all throughout the season. This is good for our football. With the “autumn-spring” system, we start playing on good fields and finish playing on good fields. There are only advantages with this system.
Why should we talk about climatic conditions when we have magnificent stadiums. For what? We now have the best infrastructure in the world. And anyway: “autumn-spring” or “spring-autumn” … Our championship lasts with these two systems until December 10th. What other questions?
