37-year-old Portuguese striker Manchester United Cristiano Ronaldo expressed gratitude to the team, family and fans after he managed to reach the mark of 700 goals in his club career.
This achievement was submitted to Ronaldo the day before, when he scored the winning goal in the Premier League match with Everton (2: 1).
What a beautiful figure we have achieved together! Thank you to all my teammates, coaches, club, family and friends and of course my fans. Together we move on,” Ronaldo wrote on the social network.
Ronaldo has scored for the first time in the Premier League this season. In just 10 matches for Manchester United in the 2022/23 season, Cristiano scored two goals and one assist.
