Former Spartak footballer Valery Kechinov said he was surprised that Lokomotiv management is considering appointing Mikhail Galaktionov as head coach of the team.
According to Metaratings.ru, the head coach of PARI NN and the Russian youth team Galaktionov is one of the candidates for the post of head coach of Lokomotiv.
Surprised by this nomination. Man works in a team [плюс] also in youth. It’s kind of strange to hear, – said Kechinov “Championship”.
On October 8, Lokomotiv announced the resignation of head coach Josef Zinnbauer and sports director Thomas Zorn. Railway workers after 12 rounds with 9 points take 14th place in the WORLD RPL standings.
