Napoli and Brugge advance to the 1/8 finals of the Champions League

The Italian “Napoli” and the Belgian “Bruges” have secured tickets to the playoffs of the Champions League football.
The Neapolitans in the home match of the fourth round of group A beat Ajax – 4:2. Irving Lozano, Giacomo Raspadori, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (from the penalty spot) and Victor Osimhen scored. Kvaratskhelia also scored an assist to Raspadori. For the Amsterdam team, Davi Klassen and Steven Bergwijn (from the penalty spot) became the authors of the goals scored.
Napoli (12 points) have secured a place in the Champions League round of 16, Ajax (3) are third in the table. The Rangers (0) group underdog will play Liverpool (6) at home later on Wednesday.
In Group B, Club Brugge played a draw with Atlético Madrid (0:0) on the road, and Kamal Sova was removed from the guests in the 82nd minute.
The Belgian club scored 10 points and for the first time in its history reached the playoffs of the tournament. Atlético (4) are second in the group, Porto and Bayer Leverkusen have 3 points each and will play each other later on Wednesday.
