Russia has dropped two places in the UEFA coefficients table
Russia has fallen in the coefficient table of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) from 16th to 18th place, according to the website of the organization.
Russia, which currently has 26.215 points, was left behind by Turkey (27.900), which moved up to 14th place.
In the European Cup week in the Europa League, Fenerbahce Istanbul defeated the Cypriot AEK (2: 1), Trabzonspor defeated the French Monaco (4: 0), and in the Conference League, Istanbul Basaksehir defeated the Riga Football School (3: 0), and Sivasspor turned out to be stronger than the Kosovo Balkani (2:1).
Switzerland (from 14th to 15th) and Ukraine (from 15th to 16th) also dropped one position, followed by Denmark.
The International Football Federation (FIFA) and UEFA have suspended the Russian national team and Russian clubs from participating in international competitions. Russia will be credited with 4.333 points for the 2022/2023 season.
