Sierra Leone soccer player commits suicide
Sierra Leone striker Musa Noah Kamara committed suicide, according to ghanasoccernet.
According to media reports, the conflict between the 22-year-old football player and his wife became the cause of the incident. The forward was taken to the hospital of the country’s second largest city, Bo.
Earlier this week, he posted a video on social networks in which he called on the people of the country to help him maintain a relationship with his wife. He admitted that he hurt her and asked for forgiveness, saying that he loved her very much. But the video message did not help him solve family problems.
In September, Camara pulled out of a contract with Libyan club Al-Ittihad days after signing. The football player said he does not feel safe in Libya. The Sierra Leone Football Association then suspended the player from the competition.
According to the publication, in 2019 Kamara terminated the agreement with the Swedish club after he said that it was too cold in Sweden.
