Spartak defender Rybus announced his retirement from the Polish national team

Defender of the Moscow “Spartak” and the national team of Poland Maciej Rybus said that his career in the national team is over.
– Can I say that my career in the Polish national team is over? Yes. It seems to me that yes, – Rybus told RB Sport.
In June, the Polish Football Association (PZPN) announced that the head coach of the Polish national team, Czesław Mikhniewicz, had informed Rybus that due to the transfer to Spartak, the footballer would not be called up to the national team for a training camp in September.
Also, the defender will not be taken into account when choosing the squad for the 2022 World Cup.
Rybus has been called up to the national team since 2009, he has 66 matches and two goals scored.
