Cristiano Ronaldo to train with Manchester United youth team
Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo will train with the club’s youth team, reports Manchester Evening News journalist Samuel Luckhurst on Twitter.
“Ronaldo arrived at Manchester United training today at 8:30 am local time to train with the Under-21 team,” Luckhurst wrote.
Earlier, Manchester United reported that the 37-year-old Portuguese will not be announced for Saturday’s Premier League match against Chelsea. Ronaldo went to the locker room at the end of the meeting of the 12th round of the championship of England with Tottenham (2: 0) a few minutes before the final whistle. The head coach of the club, Eric ten Hag, promised to deal with the situation.
Ronaldo has made 12 appearances for Manchester United this season, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
