Adana Demirspor president Murat Sandzak has thought about raising ticket prices in order to reduce the financial risks of the club.

In August of this year, Russian forward Artem Dzyuba joined the club, who signed a one-year contract with the option of a season extension. According to media reports, the salary of a Russian is 1.5 million euros per year.

— I’ll raise ticket prices anyway, don’t expect them to go down. Otherwise, how will this club survive? With the sale of tickets worth 5 or 10 lira, we will not be able to exist. You can go and buy a fake jersey, but the club won’t survive. If you sell 100,000 T-shirts a year, you can’t even buy Dziuba’s right leg,” Milliyet quotes Sanjak.

Dzyuba scored one goal in four matches played for the Turkish club. The 34-year-old striker has not appeared on the field in four of the last five matches of the Turkish championship.
