Ex-Japan footballer dies at 32 after brain surgery

Former Japan national team and Tegawaharo Miyazaki striker Masato Kudo has died at the age of 32, according to the press service of the football club.
In the fall, Kudo was diagnosed with hydrocephalus, and on October 3 he was hospitalized. After brain surgery, Kudo ended up in intensive care, where he died on Friday.
During his career, the striker played in the MLS for the Vancouver Whitecaps, and also played for Kashiwa Reysol, Sanfrecce Hiroshima, Renofa Yamaguchi and Tegewaharo Miyazaki in the Japanese Championship.
For the main team of the Japanese national team, Kudo played 4 matches and scored two goals.
