The ex-head coach of Ural, Alexander Tarkhanov, explained the reason for the successful work of Viktor Gancharenko in the team.
Gancharenko, 45, was appointed to Ural in August 2022. The team from Yekaterinburg won six matches in a row in all tournaments. On October 24, in the home match of the 14th round of the WORLD RPL, Ural defeated Wings of the Soviets with a score of 2: 1.
Ural started the 2022/23 season under the leadership of Igor Shalimov.
