The final matches of the group stage of the tournament took place in the Champions League.
Milan won 4-0 against Salzburg in the decisive match for reaching the playoffs at home.
In the match, Olivier Giroud scored twice, Rade Krunic and Junior Messias scored once more.

The London club in their match of the final round at home defeated the Zagreb Dynamo – 2:1. Thus, Chelsea and Milan made it to the playoffs from this quartet.

Juventus ended their Champions League campaign with a 1-2 home defeat against PSG. Kylian Mbappe and Nuno Mendes scored for the winners, Leonardo Bonucci scored for the home team.
