Barcelona defender Gerard Pique insulted referee Gil Manzano during the half-time match of the 14th round of the Spanish Championship against Osasuna, El Partizado de Cope reports, citing the minutes of the meeting.
The meeting took place on Tuesday in Pamplona and ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the “blue garnet”. Pique did not enter the field, but received a red card for talking with Manzano in the under-tribune room at half-time.
