The French Football Federation has published on its website the final application of the national team for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Head coach Didier Deschamps has included 25 players in the list:
goalkeepers: Alphonse Areola (West Ham, England), Hugo Lloris (Tottenham, England), Steve Mandanda (Rennes);
defenders: Lucas Hernandez (Bavaria, Germany), Theo Hernandez (Milan, Italy), Presnel Kimpembe (PSG), Ibrahima Konate (Liverpool, England), Jules Kunde (Barcelona, Spain), Benjamin Pavard (Bavaria, Germany), William Saliba (Arsenal, England), Dayot Upamecano (Bayern, Germany), Rafael Varane (Manchester United, England);
midfielders: Eduardo Camavinga (Real Madrid, Spain), Youssouf Fofana (Monaco), Matteo Guendouzi (Marseille), Adrian Rabiot (Juventus, Italy), Aurélien Tchouameni (Real Madrid, Spain), Jordan Veretout (“Marseille”, Spain);

At the World Cup, France will play in Group D, where they will play with the teams of Australia, Denmark and Tunisia.
The tournament will be held from November 20 to December 18, 2022 in Qatar.
