Russian coach Alexander Tarkhanov said that Massimo Carrera’s words about his desire to work for CSKA and Zenit look impudent.
Earlier, the Italian specialist said that he would not mind returning to Russia and heading CSKA or Zenit. After criticism from the fans of Spartak, with whom Carrera won the RPL championship in the 2016/17 season, he explained that “his job is to be a coach.”
– We have coaches in these teams (CSKA and Zenit). Carrera shouldn’t have said that. On this occasion, Valery Gazzaev has already spoken, and I fully support him, ”Vprognoze.ru quotes Tarkhanov.
Since being sacked by Bari in April 2021, Carrera has been out of a job.
