The security guard attacked the fiancee of a football player during the match! The whole team came running

A marriage proposal during a match is a long-standing sporting tradition. Under the lenses of television cameras, fans regularly get engaged, and sometimes the athletes themselves. However, not everyone likes this practice.

Belarusian football is so harsh that such romantic antics can end sadly for lovers there. Recently, one of the local players tried to surprise his girlfriend – but faced unexpected resistance from a stadium worker. The guy even had to stand up for his girlfriend!

Thank God, the groom’s teammates saved the situation.

Failed homeowner

In the match of the 26th round of the First League of the Belarusian Football Championship, one of the leaders of the season, Smorgon, hosted the Pinsk Volna. As a result, the hosts, who won a “dry” victory, turned out to be the strongest on the field. This confrontation did not promise much intrigue, and up to a certain point the meeting proceeded as usual … However, after the first ball, it almost came to assault.

The prologue to the conflict was the goal of Vladislav Shubovich: the 22-year-old defender of Smorgon converted a penalty and went to celebrate the goal to the edge of the field. To the applause of fans and teammates, Vladislav suddenly began to kneel, holding a mysterious box in his hands – it soon became clear that the young man had prepared a romantic surprise for his girlfriend.

However, the beauty of the moment was immediately killed by an unknown bearded man, who happily ran up to the football player – apparently, one of the fans. For a second it might have seemed that Shubovich was waiting for him, but the unexpected turn did not happen. The uninvited guest was quickly escorted from the scene, clearing the frame.

The referee saved the day

Soon the hero waited for the girl and it seemed that nothing could interfere with the solemn ceremony … But such a cute plot is too much for strict Belarusian football.

This time, the steward intervened, who had just helped another colleague to remove the bearded man from the frame. The stadium employee performed his duties too zealously – he first pushed the man with the microphone, who was trying to record the episode, and then pushed the footballer’s beloved herself from the heart!

Shubovich, who had been on his knees all this time with a smile on his face, got angry and attacked the steward. A support group of teammates immediately came to the rescue, surrounding the unlucky defender of order. True, already without any aggressive intentions.

The players of Smorgon hurried to explain that a solemn moment was taking place here and it was not worth pushing everyone to the right and left. The steward refused to consider himself guilty: after all, it is his job to prevent strangers from entering the field. Fortunately, the conflict was extinguished with the appearance of an arbiter at the epicenter. He sent the stadium employee to the post, and allowed Shubovich and his chosen one to complete his plan.

While the defender kissed the chosen one, and his teammates applauded, the referee looked at his watch with displeasure. It was not that he was against the impending marriage, but he was clearly worried about the flowing playing time. Of course, the referee did not interrupt the romantic moment, but when the Smorgon defender returned to the field from the hug, he awarded him a yellow card. However, Vladislav was not particularly indignant and even shook hands with the referee, recognizing some illegality of his actions. The main thing is that the marriage was saved, but you can live with the “mustard plaster”.
