The head coach of Akhmat, Sergei Tashuev, said that he was not interested in the words of the former coach of Grozny, Andrei Talalaev, addressed to him.
Talalaev, who worked in Grozny since the summer of 2020, left the post after losing the MIR RPL match with PARI NN Nizhny Novgorod in September.
– They didn’t ask the management of Akhmat why they broke up with Talalaev?
— Roughly I know that because of some kind of friction, but I try not to delve into this topic. I just came from Shakhtar and immediately plunged into a completely different job. I don’t care about litigation.
– After the match with Rostov, you said that the team was not physically ready to play 90 minutes. What did they mean? Did you accept the team disassembled?
– Stop stop. When I first came to Akhmat, at the first two press conferences I said that the team was in good condition. I know Andrey’s work and I know how he trains his players. We have similar styles in aggressive tackling. And after Rostov, I meant that the team could not withstand 90 minutes of my intense football. This is purely my problem, and not the problem of the preparation of the previous coach.
– Nevertheless, Talalaev took these words personally. Before the match with Spartak, there was such a phrase from him: “One specialist said that we are not preparing well.”
– I’m not interested in what Andrei said there. But before taking the words upon myself, it was worth typing me. It would be more correct, – Sport24 quotes Tashuev.
Akhmat is on the sixth line in the WORLD RPL standings with 26 points.
