The cost of beer at the World Cup in Qatar has become known
The cost of beer from the official sponsor of the International Football Federation (FIFA) at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar has become known.
According to The Guardian, the cost of a bottle will be 50 rials (about 800 rubles), non-alcoholic beer can be bought for 30 rials (about 500 rubles), water – for 10 rials (165 rubles).
To purchase an alcoholic drink, fans will need to document that they are 21 years old, and no more than four units will be sold in one hand.
The World Cup will be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.
The Match TV channel became the exclusive owner of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Russia. As part of an agreement with FIFA, Match TV received the opportunity to broadcast live, use fragments of games on television, broadcast and use highlights on digital platforms, as well as sell advertising inventory in broadcasts. All 64 matches of the tournament will be shown on the platforms of Match TV channels.
