Russian clubs will not sign contracts with players from the teams playing at the World Cup in Qatar. This was stated to Metaratings.ru by the former sports director of Dynamo Moscow, Roman Oreshchuk.

The Russian Premier League in Qatar is represented by the Croatian defender of Zenit Dejan Lovren and the Cameroonian midfielder Mumi Ngamale from Dynamo.

— I don’t believe that someone from the World Cup will go to Russia in the winter transfer window. There are many nuances, maybe suspension too. If we get suspended completely and all these players become free agents, so what are these transfers for? In winter, you need to switch to Russian players and loan, – said Oreshchuk.

The World Cup in Qatar will last until December 18.
