English referee Anthony Taylor awarded a penalty against Belgium in the 2022 World Cup match against Croatia, but then canceled it.

In the 15th minute of the game, Yannick Carrasco knocked down Andrej Kramaric in his penalty area.

After watching a video replay, Taylor changed his original decision and canceled the awarded penalty after seeing an offside position for one of the Croatian players that happened before the foul in the box.
