“He got high on himself.” Arshavin remembered how young Olivier Giroud was at Arsenal

Andrey Arshavin, Deputy General Director of Zenit for sports development, shared his memories of the forward of the French national team Olivier Giroud, with whom he played together at the London Arsenal.

Giroud on Sunday scored a goal against the Polish team in the 1/8 final match of the World Cup. On account of the 36-year-old striker was 52 goals in 117 matches for the “tricolor”. He overtook Thierry Henry (51) to top the list of scorers for the national team.
