The Morocco national football team defeated the Portuguese team in the quarterfinal match of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The meeting, held at the El Tumama Stadium in Doha, ended with a score of 1:0. The ball was scored by Youssef En-Nesiri in the 42nd minute.

In stoppage time for the second half, striker Walid Heddira was sent off for two yellow cards. The player got them in two minutes.
