The representative of the defender of “Zenith” Alip ruled out the departure of the football player in the loan in the winter

Soslan Kasabiev, representing the interests of defender Nuraly Alip, told the details of his client’s signing a contract with Zenit under the 2.5 + 1 scheme.

In February 2022, Zenit took Alip on loan with an option to buy from Kairat. This season, Alip has played 8 matches and received 2 yellow cards. The lease agreement with Zenit expired on December 31. On Wednesday, Zenit announced the signing of a contract with a player for 2.5 years with the option of a one-year extension. As it became known to Match TV, the total cost of buying out the transfer of a 22-year-old player from Kairat did not exceed 1.75 million euros.

– Alip was rented with an obligatory right of redemption. What Kairat wanted, he got. I think that all parties were satisfied. Yes, and the football player himself wanted to stay in St. Petersburg, – quotes the words of Kasabiev “RB Sport”.

– Did Alip have offers from other RPL clubs?

– There were offers, but everything rested on the transfer fee. There was one RPL team that wanted Zenit to buy the transfer and they rented it. Naturally, free. But Zenit also needs such a player. It’s not just that they donated that kind of money.

– How long were the negotiations on the contract?

– They just started a long time ago – when the pause in the RPL began. The clubs were in contact with each other, but not everything was so simple. The current realities in Russia are that it is now difficult to drag a good foreign football player with a name even into a club like Zenit. I think that this situation played into the hands somewhere.

Why did you choose Zenith? After all, Alip does not have much game practice here yet.

Everyone understands that he is still a relatively young guy. Left-footed central defender. There is a shortage of such players in Russia. Alip believes in himself. Everyone believes in him. They’ll give you a chance. I think that he will be the main player when the championship of Russia resumes.

– Is it possible to go on loan in winter if Nuraly does not play anymore?

– Not in winter. Until the summer there will be a segment of 3.5 months. If Alip does not play enough, then we will talk with the club to go on loan and have game practice. The Russian Championship is more serious than the Kazakhstan Championship. Alip had an adaptation. I think everything will be fine. Everything depends on him.
