– For us, of course, it is not a discovery or a surprise that Vlad shows himself this way. It was both last season and at the pre-season training camp. Vlad is a very hardworking player. I have not seen many players who are so professional about the matter. Lazarev is a person who monitors everything that surrounds his sports life: nutrition, recovery, preparation for games and training. It all revolves around one goal – to play better.
Vlad is a very good example for all our guys from the Academy, because he is a student from Kaliningrad. He himself took to the field yesterday as part of the youth teams of the club, and today he delights the main stadium of Kaliningrad.
As for interest, it was last year in the winter, this summer. Now the attention from the RPL clubs to him remains. This is logical and understandable, but we will not let him go, we don’t even want to talk. Until the end of the season, he is 100% with us.
What does he think about being interested in himself?
— Vlad is focused on the tasks of the club. These are not empty words, I’m not lying. He and Musaev are two stars that the Premier League clubs pay attention to. But both are focused on the task of getting Baltika into the RPL.
