Forward “Arisa” Kokorin will recover for the match with APOEL – media
Aris striker Alexander Kokorin should return to the general group for the team’s match against APOEL in the Cypriot championship, RB Sport reports.
According to the publication, the Russian striker missed three games due to a microtrauma and will soon return to the general group. The player experienced pain during training, so it was decided to save the player for the tournament-decisive match against APOEL, which will take place on December 22.
In total this season, 31-year-old Kokorin scored five goals and made two assists in 10 games. He was recognized as the best player of “Aris” in October and November.
Aris is fourth in the league table of Cyprus, three points behind leaders APOEL.
