Carrera called Sinisa Mihajlovic a great player, coach and person

The ex-head coach of Spartak Massimo Carrera expressed his condolences in connection with the death of the ex-coach of Milan and the Serbian national football team Sinisa Mihajlovic.
On Friday it became known that Mihailović passed away at the age of 53 after a long battle with cancer.
“Sinisha Mihajlovic was a great player, a great coach and, above all, a great person,” Carrera quotes “Championship”.
In 2019, Mihailović was diagnosed with leukemia. The specialist underwent three courses of treatment for oncology and went into remission, but in the spring of 2022 the disease returned. The specialist also headed Torino and the Portuguese Sporting, the last job of the coach was Bologna, which he left in early September of this year.
