Agent Luis Fernando Garcia, representing the interests of Zenit midfielder Claudinho, commented on the information about the player’s possible transfer to Palmeiras.
It was previously stated that Palmeiras is interested in a full-fledged transfer of the 25-year-old midfielder.
– It is not true that Claudinho can go to Palmeiras. Claudinho wants to win a second star with Zenit. It’s impossible that he will leave the club now,” Garcia said in a comment to the “Championship”.
Claudinho has been playing for Zenit since the summer of 2021. Together with the club, he won the 2021/22 Russian Championship and the Russian Super Cup.
