“I would be happy to know that our football players did the same” – MP Paikin on the decision of the Moroccan national team players to transfer prize money for the World Cup to poor families

State Duma Deputy Boris Paykin praised the players of the Moroccan national team, who refused bonuses for the World Cup in Qatar. Earlier it was reported that the Moroccan players donated all the prize money to the poor families of their compatriots.
– Football players of the Moroccan national team, who took fourth place in the World Cup, will donate their prize fund to help compatriots in need. The amount is impressive – $25 million. A wonderful deed by the team, which performed very worthily at the championship.
Football players around the world are not poor people, but such bright deeds adorn them not only as athletes, but also as citizens.
