Monaco beat Auxerre in the away match of the 16th round of the French championship.
The meeting ended with the score 3:2. Elissa Ben-Seghir, 17, scored a double for Monaco, and Wissam Ben-Yedder also scored. The hosts scored a goal by Mbaye Niang, another goal in the gate of the Monegasques was the result of an own goal by Yussuf Fofan.
Monaco’s Russian midfielder Alexander Golovin made an assist.
Monaco is fifth in the league table with 30 points, while Auxerre is 18th with 13 points.
