Oreshchuk named Promes the best player of 2022

“Personally, I consider Promes the best player in 2022,” Oreshchuk said. “He played consistently at the end of last season and is doing great this season. Quincy pulls Spartak, he is the leader. Although I don’t really like the Red-Whites, Promes is currently the strongest player in the RPL.
– He is compared in terms of his contribution to the success of the team with Malcolm. So Quincy is stronger than Malcolm?
– Look at the price / quality ratio. Malcolm is a good player, one of the strongest in the league, but Promes’ play has a stronger impact on Spartak than Malcolm’s play on Zenit. If the Brazilian does not play, the Petersburgers still show good football, and if there is no Quincy, there will be a completely different Spartak.
Promes has made 23 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 17 goals and making seven assists. Together with Spartak, the 30-year-old Dutchman won the Russian Cup in May.
