Real Madrid midfielder, 37 years old Luca Modric rejected two lucrative offers from Saudi Arabian clubs and United States of America to continue playing for the Madrid team.
The Croatian’s contract expires next summer and the player hopes to extend it for another season. It is for this reason that Modric recently turned down an opportunity to make some serious money in the minor leagues.
Real Madrid have not yet offered Modric a new contract, but it is expected that when it comes to negotiations the parties will be fine.
