German referee Patrick Itrich presented a proposal to make a number of changes to the rules of football.
Among the innovations that the judge proposes, the main ones are the following:
1. Awarding a free kick from 17 meters for any violations in the central zone of the field (in this way the referee suggests fighting a small tactical foul).
2. Forced absence from the field for 3 minutes for players who have been on the grass three times during the match and have sought medical help.
3. Banned from the pitch for 10 minutes for yelling and insulting the referee.
4. Dismissal for surrounding the referee with a crowd and trying to pressure him.
