Former footballer of Sampdoria, Juventus, Chelsea and the Italian national team Gianluca Vialli he died at the age of 58.
Vialli was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer for the first time in 2017, and then a second time in 2021, shortly after Italy’s Euro 2020 triumph.
In December, he left his position with the Italy national team, citing the need to undergo treatment for an illness.
Vialli won the Champions League with Juventus and won the FA Cup with Chelsea.
