Barcelona president Joan Laporta has spoken out about alleged interest in Manchester City midfielder Bernard Silva and Wolverhampton midfielder Ruben Neves.
– We are not going to pay 80 million euros for Silva, that’s for sure.

Bernardo Silva has made 16 Premier League appearances this season, scoring two goals and making five assists. Neves has four goals in 17 matches.
