Former Spartak Moscow head coach Massimo Carrera said he was exploring the possibility of returning to work in Russia in the summer.
— It is true that I can return to Russia next summer. If there is an offer, I will definitely consider it,” Carrera told RB Sport.
The Italian specialist coached the Red-Whites from 2016 to 2018 and led the team to victory in the championship and the Russian Super Cup. After leaving Russia, Carrera led Greek AEK and Italian Bari, leaving in 2021.
