Sochi coach Alexander Tochilin will meet with the leadership of the Sochi team on January 9, RB Sport reports.
Earlier, in a conversation with Match TV, Tochilin said that after the winter vacation he would discuss his future at the club with the management of Sochi. On November 26, Sochi owner Boris Rotenberg announced the appointment of Kurban Berdyev as the team’s head coach.
Tochilin was a member of the coaching staff of Vadim Garanin. But since Garanin did not have a Pro license necessary to work with the MIR RPL team, Tochilin occupied the post of head coach of the Sochi team, and Garanin was in the position of head coach.
Sochi, after 17 rounds, is in ninth place in the WORLD RPL standings, with 25 points.
