Former Krasnodar coach Viktor Gancharenko described the owner of the club, Sergei Galitsky, as a difficult but extraordinary person.
Gancharenko served as head coach of Krasnodar from April 2021 to January 2022. In the 2020/21 season, the team finished in 10th place in the RPL standings.
– Galitsky is very difficult, but at the same time extraordinary. You either get used to it or you don’t,” Gancharenko quotes “Championship”.

– Galitsky has black and white. No halftones. Either everything is very good, or everything is bad.
