Former Zambia international Philemon Mulala was bitten to death by his own dogs. This was reported ESPN.

The body of a 60-year-old man was discovered by his wife in the garden of a house in Lichtenburg (South Africa). She went to the police, all the dogs were seized by representatives of the animal protection service.

According to the law enforcement report, Filemon’s wife did not react to the barking of animals, since the house is located on a busy street and dogs often barked at pedestrians and passing cars.

Mulala played six matches for the Zambian national team and scored three goals. At club level, he played for the Mufulira Wanderers and the Cape Town Spurs.
