English “Manchester United” are dissatisfied with the current state of their “Old Trafford” arena. The club understands that the stadium is outdated and wants to improve it.
One option is to demolish Old Trafford and build a new £2bn stadium.
The second, cheaper option is to rebuild the current arena for around £1 billion. The choice in favor of reconstruction can also be made because the fans are against the demolition of Old Trafford Manchester United.
