Dzyuba’s first coach: “Artem had options both in Turkey and in Italy. To be honest, I don’t expect to see him in Torpedo

Alexander Shuplyakov, the first coach of striker Artyom Dziuba, said he did not expect the player to move to Torpedo Moscow.

Earlier it was reported that Dziuba will soon join the Moscow team at a training camp in Turkey. The 34-year-old striker left Turkish club Adana Demirspor in November and has been a free agent ever since.

– It seems to me that Artyom had many options for continuing his career. He told me that there were options both in Turkey and in Italy. He said that everything will be fine – he is an optimist. To be honest, I don’t expect to see him in Torpedo. They are now in a very difficult situation, and there are problems with the level of players in the team. I think that if Dzyuba decided to move on, then he definitely won’t play the fool. Let’s see how long his stay at Torpedo will be. Perhaps this will be a short-term cooperation. I will keep my fingers crossed for him! I wish Artyom good luck and success, – quotes Shuplyakova “Championship”.

The Moscow club with six points takes the last place in the WORLD RPL standings. Andrey Talalaev’s team scored seven goals in 17 rounds.
