Nottingham exclude Zinchenko from a Europa League bid

Nottingham Forrest have decided not to include Ukrainian national team defender Oleksandr Zinchenko until the team’s registration for the spring part of the 2025/26 European competition.

The club officially announced that the Ukrainian’s place in the European Cup bid was taken by the Nigerian grind Ola Aina, who spent the season only a few games due to injuries.

The 29-year-old Zinchenko, whose contract with Arsenal expires until the summer of 2026, was loaned to the English club in the spring of 2025 and began working with three coaches.
