Besiktas will offer 5 million euros for the transfer of Barinov – media

The management of Besiktas is ready to offer 5 million euros for the transfer of Lokomotiv midfielder Dmitry Barinov to the winter transfer window, RB Sport reports.
According to the source, the deal may also include a clause on the payment of interest on the next sale of a football player.
According to Match TV, Besiktas sent Lokomotiv the first official offer for the transfer of Barinov, it involved compensation of 1.2 million euros, but was refused. The Red-Greens plan to release the player for no less than 15 million euros, the amount specified as a release clause in his contract.
Barinov, 26, has made 20 appearances for Lokomotiv this season, scoring one goal and making an assist. His contract runs until June 30, 2024, the Transfermarkt portal estimates the midfielder of the Russian national team at 9 million euros.
The winter transfer window in Turkey is open until February 8.
