“Not like a man, I didn’t like it” – Leshchuk about the tears of the Argentina national team after winning the World Cup
Dynamo Moscow goalkeeper Igor Leshchuk told Sport24 that he did not like the behavior of the Argentina national team players who cried after winning the 2022 World Cup final in Qatar.
The Argentina national team won the World Cup by beating the French national team in a penalty shootout.
– I watched the World Championship while I was on vacation. The only one from the hotel came to watch the semi-finals and the final.
– How do you like the final?
– At the beginning it was boring, only at the end it turned out to be a bright denouement. At first I was rooting for Argentina, and then I wanted France to win. As a result, I got frustrated. I understand that there are tears of happiness, but in Argentina the whole team was crying. Not masculine somehow, I didn’t like it.
