Former Lokomotiv football player Dmitry Sennikov believes that it will be difficult for Muscovites in the second part of the WORLD RPL without forward Girano Kerk.
Earlier on Saturday, Lokomotiv announced that Kirk, who has a long-term contract with the club, left the team’s location in the UAE and will play on loan for the next six months. The sports director of the Moscow club, Dmitry Ulyanov, told Match TV that Antwerp would be the next player’s club.
– Kerk could hardly lose the competition to Pinyaev. He’s just a slightly different player. Here, probably, the circumstances so developed that he left Lokomotiv. Kirk is a good player. Loko will be harder without him in the second half of the RPL season, Metaratings.ru quotes Sennikov.
This season, the 27-year-old Dutchman has played 17 matches in the RPL WORLD, scoring two goals.
The 2022/23 season in Russia will resume with FONBET Russian Cup matches, which will begin on February 22. The WORLD RPL season starts on March 3rd. Broadcasts of RPL and Russian Cup matches can be watched on the Match TV federal channel, as well as on the thematic channels of the holding and on matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru websites.
