New details of the incident at the club became known, after which the girl accused Dani Alves of harassment – media

Former Brazilian footballer Dani Alves spent 15 minutes in the bathroom of a nightclub with a girl who later accused him of harassment, according to Marca, citing El Periodico.

This is evidenced by CCTV cameras, the recording of which is used during the investigation. According to the publication, Alves forced the girl to sit on top of him, then threw her to the floor and forced her to have sexual intercourse. It is noted that on December 30, the victim was taken to the hospital, where Alves’ biological material was found in her.

Alves put forward three different versions of the incident: at first he said that he did not know the girl whom he allegedly sexually abused, then he said that he had seen her, but nothing happened, and, finally, he stated that it was she who attacked him.

The girl refused material compensation to Alves, she intends to achieve the arrest of the 39-year-old football player.

Alves played in Europe for Sevilla, Barcelona, ​​Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain. He made 126 appearances for the Brazilian national team, winning the Copa América and the Confederations Cup twice.

The Mexican club Pumas, for which the Brazilian recently played, terminated his contract.
