Besiktas offers Lokomotiv 5 million euros for the midfielder Dmitry Barinov.
Previously, the Turkish club was ready to pay 1.2 million euros for the player, but Muscovites were not interested. In the current season RPL Barinov played 16 games.
The footballer has been playing for the main red-green team since 2016.
