Spanish footballer Jordi Amat became an Indonesian citizen.
The player was born in Canet de Mar, Spain, but was told by his grandmother as a child that he was the crown prince. The footballer has become a raja, like his great-grandfather. The lineage helped Amat gain citizenship in November. Jordi has already played for the Indonesian national team.
The player has played for Rayo Vallecano, Betis, Espanyol and Eupen.
Raja is the title of a ruler, prince or king.
