Antwerp announce Kirk loan deal

Lokomotiv Moscow midfielder Girano Kerk has moved to Antwerp, according to the website of the Belgian club.
The Dutchman took advantage of the permission of the International Football Federation (FIFA) to suspend the contract with the Russian club and entered into an agreement with Antwerp until the end of the season.
Kirk moved to Lokomotiv in September 2021, signing a four-year contract. As part of the team, the 27-year-old midfielder played 51 matches, scored eight goals and made five assists.
Antwerp are third in the Belgian league table with 45 points from 22 rounds.
The Russian football season will resume on February 22 with the matches of the FONBET Cup of Russia, on March 3 the WORLD RPL will continue.
